We are getting ready for this year's big event, 'Career Day'! Let's take a trip down memory lane to last year's amazing event. But first, let's dig into what Career Day is all about and why it's so important. Career Day is an event where KISA scholars get to explore their chosen career paths by presenting what they know about their career paths through creative exhibitions to different invited professionals. This interaction clarifies their understanding and opens the door to valuable insights. Why Career Day? ✅Fosters connections between small group leaders(Professionals) and Kisa Scholars to heighten awareness about career choices. ✅Assessing scholars' grasp of their chosen careers through exhibitions, setting clear expectations, and nurturing personal skills like leadership, creativity, critical thinking, self-presentation, and public speaking. ✅Cultivate a strong sense of ownership among scholars for their future careers. ✅Provide a platform for scholars to gain insights, advice, and dispel misconceptions through interactions with career experts and small group sessions. Stay tuned to our page as we revisit last year's memorable moments while we eagerly await for this year's Career Day, scheduled just a month away.
