Over the years, KYTX CBS19 has had no bigger champion than Holly Carroll.   On Thursday, we gathered to celebrate Holly's amazing career that was filled with unmatched achievements as she embarks on the next chapter of her life.   Holly has been an integral part of the CBS19 team for 18 years and will now spend some much-deserved time with family, travel and serve local nonprofits - a true calling of hers.   She has been a mentor, a friend and a guiding light for so many.   We want to express our gratitude for her contributions and unwavering dedication to CBS19 and Putting East Texas First!   Happy retirement, Holly! KYTX CBS19 is excited to announce Auyana Aird has joined our team as a multi-skilled journalist.   Auyana, a Dallas native, earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Houston where she was president of the university’s Association of Black Journalists and a student reporter and host for UH Sports Coog TV.
