We are delighted to share the success of our recent Emerging Leaders event in our Dallas division, a two-day gathering dedicated to fostering leadership potential within the company. Participants had the opportunity to engage with senior leaders and associates across many divisions and positions. The experiences, discussions and new connections made during this event have left a lasting impact on all involved and emphasizes Kroger's commitment to professional development and continuous learning. So when I first got the call, I was like emerging leaders, what is that and what do I have to do? OK, So when Celeste called me and I was like, OK, she told me about it first. She was just like, hey, I need you to be available May 14th and 15th. I said OK, She said, I can't tell you what it's about. But it's going to impact your career. So I got a call from my DM, Kevin, and he told me that he had nominated me for emerging leaders event. And he went on to tell me that it's going to give me a lot of face to FaceTime with the executive team and essentially I'll be doing a presentation. It allows our employees to continue to expand in their knowledge and skills, allows them to get into an environment where they can get to network with their other peers and be able to continue to grow in their career path. It was a fantastic opportunity to get to connect with lots of different people and different levels of the company. And then obviously having this chance to give ideas to leadership, give ideas to each other and you know, come together and make the company stronger as, as very exciting. Being in this setting for me, it felt pretty natural. And, and the group that I had was really great. I think they were very receptive, very passionate about Kroger. So in my group, I had people from D1D4D3. I even had a specialist. So it was good to be able to interact with people I've never met, never heard of their names. And we come together. Formal group and just collaborate together and complete this project.
