There are so many elements to making a good meeting room experience; it's too easy to get hung up on the technology and all that it can do. But let's not forget everything else that we need to consider: Background noise- from the office areas or outside the building Hard surfaces in the meeting room that create reverberation and annoying echo Screen position- will it be affected by reflections from the windows or the glazed partitions? Is the table to right shape for the room? Would an arrow-head shape suit a video conference better than a round or square table? Where are the cable routes in the wall? And the floor?
