We thoroughly enjoyed hosting our panel chat on the Employee Value Proposition today at Technology Connected Wales Tech Week. The panel of Amy Taaffe Evans, James Smith and Beverley Flood gave a fantastic insight into the importance of this highly crucial topic/strategy. Thanks to the panel - the main takeaways for me are - 🔸it is imperative that you sell the company story from moment one - not just technical briefs, try to give an insight into behaviours, and values and walk them into YOUR way. 🔸Stick to your principles but don't be naive - evolve the behaviours over time to reach new audiences. 🔸Directors/C suite employees practice what you preach! Start at the top. 🔸Remote working makes building and evolving a culture a challenge, but it is doable and with the proper planning, review feedback sessions, and constant employee feedback, it can be done. Here's to building the EVPs for our businesses.
