Winter safety tips #1: As the winter season approaches, it's important to ensure that you have all the necessary supplies in your car in case of an emergency. In Minnesota We recommend creating a winter car emergency kit with the following minimum supplies: blankets, mittens, socks, and hats, an ice scraper and snow brush, a flashlight with extra batteries or a hand-crank flashlight, jumper cables, a first-aid kit, bottled water, a multi-tool, road flares or reflective warning triangles, and windshield cleaner. Stay safe and watch for other on the road.
