🚨📈 Squad values of the BIG FIVE leagues’ current leaders! 💰 ⚽️ When examining the current standings in the Big Five leagues, there are some interesting points to notice. Let’s look into it: 👇 🏴 English Premier League: Among the current top five of the English top tier, three clubs boast squad values above 1 billion euros. Most noticable is Aston Villa Football Club’s rise to the top five with a squad value of €655 million. As a comparison, Manchester City Football Club’s squad value is 116% higher. 🇪🇸 LALIGA: Girona Futbol Club have taking the league by surprise this season, spending a big part of the campaign on top of La Liga. They now sit 2nd, with a squad value of €184M, only 2 points behind Spain’s most valuable squad, Real Madrid C.F. (€1,152M) and 8 points ahead of La Liga’s other ‘billionaire club’ FC Barcelona (€1,005M). 🇩🇪 Bundesliga International GmbH: Xabi Alonso’s Bayer 04 Leverkusen leads the Bundesliga, 2 points ahead of FC Bayern München despite the giants from Munich having a 56% more valuable team. Noticeably VfB Stuttgart have also impressed, as they sit 3rd with a squad value of €180M. 🇮🇹 Lega Serie A: Juventus Football Club sit just 1 points behind FC Internazionale Milano and 7 points ahead of AC Milan, despite having a lower squad value than the two Milanese clubs. 🇫🇷 Ligue 1: Another team that has surprised this season is Stade Brestois 29 who currently sits 3rd in Ligue 1 with a squad value of €84 million. That’s the lowest valuation amongst all top five clubs in the Big Five leagues. As a comparison, league leaders Paris Saint-Germain have a squad value of €1,152 million. #premierleague #laliga #bundesliga #seriea #ligue1 #football
