Post 5: Rice Technology; Chapter 4/11, Enhanced Aging of Paddy Parboiled Rice Two paddy varieties Japonica & Indica had contrasting palatability for rice cooking so handling these two would require different treatment to meet the expectations of the millers for his consumers. Learned the trick or commercial scale processing for Basmati or non basmati by doing the on field trails from lab to pilot scale to eventually successful commercial scale equipment. This chapter reinforces that working capital cost and care can be avoided and still get the aging of paddy which is meant for fluffy & non sticky rice. Even the fresh crop crème parboiled rice can also be realigned to deliver the palatability required by Chefs. Well nothing is impossible is normalized. Accessing this chapter reassure you and if followed by a VC will give confidence to the level for lab testing followed by pilot scale trail for reassurance at optimum cost. Even the Aged Scotch or Single Malt too be aged instantaneously for 8/12/18/21 years without any compromise of color or flavor. This is a work in progress.
