2moI want to share my frustrating experience with Kia Niro PHEV 2024 purchase! Kia America Since day one, my vehicle has had a severe wobbling issue when reversing, posing a safety hazard. Despite multiple visits to Kia dealerships, this problem remains unresolved. On July 21, 2024, the car shook violently at a car wash, highlighting the danger. Poor Service and Communication: Every service attempt has been plagued by poor communication and lack of resolution: First Attempt: Car Pros Kia Renton couldn’t replicate the issue and failed to follow up. Second Attempt: My vehicle was kept for over five days with no communication and was returned filthy. Third Attempt: Another dealership failed to fix the issue. Fourth Attempt: As of August 1, 2024, my vehicle was at Lee Johnson Kia with no technician assigned as of August 5, 2024. Despite submitting video evidence. I urge Kia Motors America to take immediate action to resolve these issues and provide a formal apology. By sharing my experience, I hope to help others avoid similar frustrations. I remain hopeful Kia will provide the resolution long overdue.
