On #NationalStressAwarenessDay, here are some ways we try to help our employees cope with stress. We offer an Employee Assistance Plan (EAP), that helps promote employee mental health and emotional well-being, our jHealth program which offers classes and information on mental and physical wellness, and most recently, we partnered with JCFS Chicago by offering talking circles to help create safe spaces.
