Ramesh Kollepara Firstly, I appreciate you and Kellanova for openly acknowledging the failure of implementing or adopting #AI. In my view, before considering the application of #AI especially for manufacturing operations, we should first establish a strong maturity level in adopting #MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) as part of the #digitaltransformation initiative. Once #MES is firmly established, leveraging its data for #AI applications would add significant value, but this would vary from scenario to scenario. If you want to brand #MES projects under different names, such as #DigitalFactory or #SmartFactory, that's okay, but the ultimate vision should be clearly defined to align with the goals of #MES. If you haven't yet adopted #MES in your factories, I suggest trying it before considering the adoption of #AI.
