How to Deal with the statement "I will get back to you" as a Salesperson.
.
.
.
You posted your product online, and you got a lot of people commenting "Interested" in the comment section and you are so excited about that.
Then coming to your Inbox, the same people shouting "Interested, interested" are now telling you
"Sorry ma, I thought the price is this, the price is that... well I like your product but it's expensive and the amount is not within my budget. Don't worry, I'll get back to you."
What do you do as a salesperson?
Firstly, You have to sympathize with the customer or client. Let them know you care and you understand.
Secondly, Let them know what they stand to gain if they make the decision to buy the product now and the future benefits of the product.
Thirdly, Let them know what they will lose if they don't buy now. Use FOMO; Fear of missing Out. Nobody wants to be left behind.
Lastly, offer them limited-time discounts or create a flexible payment plan for them. Let them know they can pay installments in other to have access to the product.
Here is an example;
I appreciate your interest in our course, and I completely understand that you don't have the money. Let me share a bit more about the value you'll receive from it. This course is not just an expense; it's an investment in your future. By joining, you'll gain invaluable skills that can potentially lead to better career opportunities and x10 your earnings.
Think of it as a stepping stone towards making your dreams come true. Moreover, I can offer you a special, limited-time discount that will bring the cost within a more comfortable range for you. Plus, we have a flexible payment plan available if that would help.
Taking that next step today can change your life forever. What do you say?
This is just an example.👆
If you try everything possible and the customer still insists that the price is too high, Let them go abeg.
Everybody is not your customer and Not everybody will buy from you.
