With Cybersecurity threats constantly on the rise, our MSP’s are the Small and Medium Business’ worlds best defense against continued threats and the challenges of adopting to changing IT landscape. Interesting announcement from Kaseya today about their new offering. Although I wasn’t there on stage to hear the announcement, I am curious if this is more just of a repackaging and rebranding of what they’ve already been doing? ⁉️ All Products Offered in One-Year and Three-Year Agreements. This may be a good thing given all the flack about 3 year locked in contracts? ⁉️ FLEXSpend: conceptually this seems interesting. “switch between Kaseya’s suite of backup solutions” although the devil is in the details, switching from one back up, provided to another, isn’t usually an easy move ⁉️ Catastrophic Client Loss Protection: “allow customers to modify or amend their contracts to account for a significant client loss”… this would have been helpful when Covid hit! ⁉️ Price Lock Guarantee:”product pricing to a maximum of 5%, plus any adjustments necessary for inflation.” so basically you’re still going to have price increases?
