It’s time to #Challenge, #CompeteToWin & #WinMoreForBosch    It was a pleasure to have Stefan Grosch, Member of the Board of Management Bosch, here with us in India this past week at Bangalore and Coimbatore – as we engaged in thought-exchanges, showcased our #competences, and indulged in insightful and hearty conversations.   As Stefan took to the stage in a session of free flowing #conversation with our #associates, it was great to witness his #candid answers and his positive impressions of Bosch Global Software Technologies. The dialogue which started off with his views on the #transformation of Bosch, moved through a plethora of topics like talent transformation, AI, #SmartWorking, #ReverseMentoring to #Diversity & #Inclusion. The transformation of Bosch from #manufacturing to including #software development and #service business into its portfolio is a major step – and he mentioned how this was so visible in the Bangalore Adugodi office, an erstwhile plant location. We need to create the openness to go after all these #opportunities – and understanding what we need to learn and what we need to do to get there helps us win.     He also commented on the importance of having #DiverseTalent across the globe; we still have some way to go in order to be diverse and inclusive in the truest sense.  In addition, Stefan shared his Reverse Mentoring experience and how eye-opening it truly is; his #learning experience with “IT Architecture” aided him in going back to his business meetings armed with a lot more value and with a slew of questions.     As we wound up the session, a bunch of offbeat Rapid-Fire questions were posed to Stefan. “I love the warm welcome here in India, and also the Masala food. It wasn't just a gathering; it was a hub of opportunity and collaboration. Amongst the buzzing crowd, I found myself in the company of diverse clients from the Automotive sector.
