Our first in-person When Everyone Leads program for 2024 had a record-breaking 208 participants. (We shared photos from the session with 170 participants in Konza previously.) 38 changemakers from Textron Aviation had Julia Fabris McBride facilitating their program in High Plains where they discovered how to inspire cultures where everyone can lead, break down common barriers, align diverse groups towards shared goals, and start leading from where they are. 🌍 This transformative experience empowered participants to embrace change, starting with themselves. 🚀 Feedback was overwhelmingly positive! 📣 The Kansas Leadership Center received high praise for its "amazing training," "phenomenal facilitators," and "courageous conversations." 🎯 The welcoming environment and diverse perspectives empowered attendees to challenge leadership norms and foster personal and community growth. These new alumni are ready for step 2 on the KLC path: Your Leadership Edge. Meanwhile, they’re set to unleash collective leadership in their teams, organizations, and communities. #WhenEveryoneLeads
