In December, we were a recipient of a $10,000 donation from the TD Securities Underwriting Hope Foundation. The Underwriting Hope Campaign is an annual tradition at TD Securities that reflects their employees’ commitment to giving back to their communities. We are grateful for this donation to support our children and families of Kaleidoscope! In this role, Maria is responsible for managing the company’s legal matters as well as providing strategic counsel to the Company’s management team. Maria is known for her experience handling complex transactions in the hospitality industry, including the 2014 merger and acquisition of the year as identified by the American Hospitality and Lodging Association in which Lone Star Funds acquired 38 hotels from Hyatt Hotels Corporation for an estimated $590MM.
