Let’s talk about the importance of mental health: We all deal with unbalance once to once, the important is to take care of them with professionals, in fast timing. Now, how mental health can affect or Benefit in business? Is not only about being in armony wiht coworkers but also to take better and more ethical decisions, when you manage a company you’re not managing numbers, you’re managing people, and understand their wants and needs is cruscial for peaceful working. When the leader have no mental health, the full pyramid can fall down.. leaders must be the first ones on doing constant check ups in the mental health and mind cleansing. My proposal is to find profesional therapist and add them as a facilities in the companies.
