From the #clinicaltrial trenches: I was skeptical. Not anymore. I have proof that aliens are among us. I am going to receive a Nobel Prize! What are the odds of having so many strange, contorted, outlandish, and sometimes dysfunctional platforms existing at the same time? Conservatively, only one in 10 million people could create such incredible e-beasts. 10 billion people means 1000 potential “employees." However, the number of platforms, conservatively 200, multiplied by the average number of employees, 100, means 20,000 individuals dedicated to making our clinical trial life inefficient and miserable. (I have not included the number who may have infiltrated the ranks of the sponsors.) 19,000 short if we recruit from planet Earth.
