Deloitte Hinterland and Heartland Back in October, we launched an inspiring initiative very close to my heart—#Heartland. The intent was simple: to reach the hinterland and tier 2/3 cities in search of those who can be #DistinctlyDeloitte and to equip the workforce of the future with skills that will increase their employability. With that clear vision, Deloitte India, the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, India and the NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF ELECTRONICS & INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (NIELIT) launched their inaugural project, #TripuraHeartland, for undergraduate students in both engineering and non-engineering fields. And thus began our journey… Today, I am so proud to share that as part of our comprehensive internship program, we have successfully inducted ~40 outstanding professionals into our Bhubaneshwar office. This bright, young team went through a rigorous assessment and technical training with iAspire Mind Foundation and our able L&D teams.
