It is a anti deficit narrative study and focuses on adults who were perceived as average achievers during their time in high school by their teachers and administration but have become career leaders. The study aims to highlight the potential and innate abilities of such students, who may have been overlooked due to their academic performance. This research is significant because there is a lack of existing studies on the success of perceived average-achieving students in obtaining career leadership positions. Actually there is rarely ever any follow-up up done on these students. Further, the study aims to fill this gap in research and contribute to future studies of average-achieving students. So...share this with that CEO, lawyer, doctor, community leader, non-profit guru, or if you are an educator who keeps in touch with former students, share with the rebel student who was the leader of the last disturbance in your school.
