Cars, Careers, Commerce, and Community A lot of business owners and leaders love their cars, and here is an opportunity to get together and enjoy some great Virginia October weather while showing them off for a good cause. It's no secret to any followers of my feed how much interest I have in the Academies of Loudoun. This is one of the country's premier high schools that offers such a wide range of technical and scientific possibilities that nearly any kid who is determined to find a path can have access. Though it is not exclusive or elite, the opportunities they offer certainly are. So many fields provide a launch pad to propel their career forward, and businesses routinely scout the school for future talent. My own daughter earned welding certifications here and had a fantastic job waiting for her before she even graduated. My son earned his CNA in their nursing program before graduation, and his early experience in their Engineering program has him on a path toward biomedical engineering now. ❓ How does what we do on a weekend have anything to do with what we go back to on Mondays? So many things - - It ties us and our business back to #communityWellness. - It builds a muscle memory of engagement with others as we keep our head up looking for opportunities and purpose. - We find ways to highlight shared experiences among those in our organizations. - They give us networking opportunities to meet new people and get more comfortable talking about what we do and why we do it. I thought I knew what the next couple of months were going to look like... It has been a wild ride the past few years. Both professionally and personally. When we agree, we don’t need the law—a handshake is as good as a contract, and maybe better. Our leaders negotiate and reach reasonable conclusions. Dispues get worked out. The law is what helps us to live in the same society when we don’t agree. It’s never been more important than now. I’m looking forward to a lively discussion!

What are the Educational, Health, or Economic Benefits to these Players and their Families for that kids uncompensated participation in any additional “NON-SCHOLARSHIP” private third-party postseason football games that pay the Universities and the Conferences for the use of their free labor to put on these highly profitable Bowl events. The answer is ZERO! These additional 1-5 POSTSEASON games are also above the Players’ 12 game athletic scholarship agreement? Our Proposal offers Major Benefits in all three Categories to the Players and their Families! Scholarship Football Players are owed Hundreds of Millions of dollars from this year’s Media contract that uses these Players’ Name, Image, and Likeness NIL without any equitable financial consideration to the Players or their Families! This lost Money could have a major impact on these Players lives, the lives of their current and future family members for generations? We do not support, or agree with the House vs NCAA Settlement or the current covert attempts to extend and expand this Antitrust exploitation of our young (mostly minority) FB & BB Players' labor that the US Supreme Court and Federal District Court have recently struck down as illegal and implausible.
