Johnson County, KS Government’s Post

Congratulations to the Johnson County staff members who recently graduated from the Spring 2024 Emerging Leaders Academy. 🎉 😁   The ELA is a program of the University of Kansas Public Management Center. It helps to prepare promising non-supervisory/non-managerial staff for leadership roles in their departments and organizations.   Participants meet ten times over five months, and classes are designed to help them hone their skills for positions of increasing responsibility while also growing their effectiveness in their roles.   Graduates included (pictured, left to right) Courtney Collins (PLN), Samantha Barker (AHS), Molly Oehlert (DES), Jenna Heck (FMA), Kate Miller (TTV), Shannon Anderson (TTV), Michelle Lynch (PLN), Lindsay Wright (FMA) and Marlynda Dixon, DES.   Graduates not pictured included Eric Casaert (FAC), Andrew Whittaker (FAC) and Amber Clark (PLN).
