Let's talk about soft skills vs. hard skills 🎉 🍦 Soft Skills: These are the fluffy marshmallows in the hot cocoa of life. They're like the whipped cream on your ice cream sundae – essential, but you can't survive on them alone! 💪 Hard Skills: They're like the bread and butter of your skillset sandwich. You can't just have the butter (soft skills) without the bread (hard skills), or you'll end up with a mess! 🧠 Soft Skills are your people skills, communication, and empathy. Imagine you're a ninja diplomat, gracefully avoiding office drama! 🛠 Hard Skills are your technical abilities, like coding, welding, or being able to turn your computer on without calling IT! 😅 So, in summary, Soft Skills are your social superpowers, and Hard Skills are the nuts and bolts of your professional toolbox. Mix 'em like a pro, and you'll be an unstoppable skill-unicorn! 🦄

Let’s stop calling them “soft skills” — and call them “real skills” instead
