Today I'm here with a question: is it possible to find a job in the IT field after obtaining a bachelor's degree from a digital university? Any HR specialists here who can provide guidance? PS: This isn't for me personally; I want to help a close friend transition into a new career in Germany 😎 Additionally, Ausbildung and Dual Studium are not options as there's a need to work full-time while studying. #itprofession #onlineeducation #itjobs #itjobsearch

82% of professionals miss the personal interactions and human connections of offline work. Having experienced both offline and online work, I can confidently say that there is a special charm to offline work that online work just can't replicate. During the pandemic, I did two internships online, and that's when I realized: While the convenience and flexibility of working from home were appealing, I missed offline work's personal interactions and human connections. The screen became a barrier between me and others, and I longed for the genuine conversations and shared experiences that offline work offered. Offline work allows for spontaneous conversations, body language cues, and genuine human connections that can be difficult to replicate online. A sense of camaraderie and teamwork comes from working side by side with colleagues, which can be lacking in a virtual environment. In conclusion, while online work has advantages, there is something special about offline work that cannot be replaced. The personal connections, sense of community, and shared experiences make offline work a unique and valuable experience that should not be overlooked. What are your views? Do share them in the comments. P.S.: If you found this helpful, follow (Tushar Jejani) for more! #offlinework #humancconnections #wth #corporate

Skilled worker shortages and a shortage of employees pose growing challenges for many companies in Germany in their daily operations. This issue was also at the center of one of my projects when a company faced the challenge of recrui-ng enough apprentices within five months. In response, I developed a tailored HR marketing plan that proved to be highly successful. My action package included: • Researching event formats: Identifying free events and paid fairs in the vicinity. • Fair participations: Booking fair booths and strategically organizing speed-da-ng spaces. • Internal formats: Introducing new initiatives such as apprentice consultations and trial days. • Marketing materials: Planning and producing accompanying brochures, roll-ups, and banners. Simultaneously, schools near the company's location were researched, specifically addressed, and provided with informative material. To present the company in a more human light, employee profiles were carefully compiled and published – both internally and externally for marketing purposes. The results speak for themselves: Two months before the start of the appren-ceship program, all positions were successfully filled. With sensitivity, a coordinated mix of tools, and the necessary perseverance, staffing shortages in the training sector were closed in a relatively short time. Considering the strategic importance of Human Resources, companies are willing to support the necessary investments in personnel recruitment. What are your activities to attract new personnel? #HRMarketing #TalentAcquisition #SuccessStory
