Voltas Limited - A Tata Enterprise Dear Voltas Team, Service Request=24061542479 I have no issues with Engeneer I have a issue with Voltas Customer service I have raised request on 15th June 2024 But Today is 20th June almost 5th Day Engeneer Assigned and Visited Why this Delayed Happened I dont know I will escalate to Senior Management MD CEO and Head Customer Service of Voltas Regarding this I am fred-up with Customer Service this is not first time I have taken AC at 29th March since date of purchase there are 3 time request raised for Water Leakage Not Appropriate Cooling But always Engeneer visit & fix then again issue persist , So if any customer spend his hard earn money to purchase Voltas Product and If Company not assured its product and service quality then there is no right to be present in marketplace , In this Competitive World Sales is not More enough to become Leading Brand After Sales Service is Important it's Define Company Brand Value & Build Customer Goodwill Loyalty, Trust I think Voltas Has to Work More on its Customer Service Because Without Customer there is no Value of Any Brand.... #voltas#voltasmd#voltascustomerservice#consumerforum#allconsumers...etc

In order to have accurate inventory control numbers, when making product changes, you must contact the TMS office so the staff can make the necessary changes to your tank information in our system. If you have recently made changes and have not contacted TMS, do so immediately. If possible, please notify TMS prior to making changes. TMS also asked that you update them with any tank, line, or inventory control upgrades, removals, or sale of properties.
