Well done, @ohionationalguard! Impressive! National Guard units *should* carry departmental or NG organizational colors, but most of the time cannot because it requires more people. They also *should* be carrying the state flag. DoD Instruction 5410.19 Vol 4 says one service can carry other departmental colors when the other services are not available to provide members to the team. ℹ️You need spade markers (read about them at my website). ℹ️Free hands are a bit inconsistent. ❌Do not tuck your thumb into your curled fingers. ❌3'x5' colors are not authorized. You can only mount 3'x4' colors on 8' staffs. ⭐Spacing is mostly consistent. ⭐⭐Harness socket level. ⭐Good grips on the rifles. ❌No ribbons and badges for color bearers. ℹ️Make sure you lightly crimp the tabs on the back of the belt keepers so that they stay in place one inch from the buckle. • • • • • 🔆Education is 🔑! . 🔹Read your manuals!
