I reached out to Jerry once (cold) on LinkedIn because I needed help understanding meaningful convos better and he replied immediately with value. His content caught my attention because it was super granular and different from what most people are sharing. I'm not surprised at all to see him mentioned! is there a recording?

I’ve never heard of him definitely but these problems are super imperative to solve for the next wave of sales teams and leaders. They all feed into the culture because no matter how much we try and move forward and evolve if a number is missed, modern behaviors revert to pressure and urgency. Companies need more patience to see the long term payoff of the right type of sales culture.

Spot on, Jerry Pharr. I was making a similar point about why SE usually struggles/“fails“ on a post the other day. As usual, you so fantastically articulate the specifics of ‘why’ in your interview. You definitely are an important voice and I only hope that sales leadership redefines their responsibility to the success/failure of SE before they disband it.
