Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter through previous communications, my concerns have not been adequately addressed. THE ISSUE IS FROM LANDMARK JEEP - INDIA 1. **Incorrect Information**: Contrary to your records, the insurance policy was indeed sent by Mr. Prateek Goel, your ASM. 2. **Deleted Communication**: Mr. Goel shared a payment link for the insurance with me via WhatsApp, which he subsequently deleted. This is a clear case of tampering with evidence. 3. **Unreasonable Requests**: Requesting me to provide a payment confirmation when the link was deleted by Mr. Goel is unreasonable and indicative of a con play. Despite explaining these details thoroughly in previous communications, no satisfactory action has been taken to rectify this situation. The lack of resolution has caused significant distress and inconvenience. I demand an immediate and thorough investigation into this matter. Please review all communications and transaction records related to this case. I expect a prompt response outlining the steps you will take to address this matter. Should this issue remain unresolved, I will have no choice but to escalate it to higher authorities and consider legal action to protect my rights as a consumer

2wI purchased a brand-new Jeep for $103,000, that has consistently suffered from a draining battery since day one. Over 16 months, FCA engineers made unsuccessful attempts to fix it, including a three-month period with a rental car that ended in another failure. These breakdowns left me and my toddlers stranded often in tow trucks without car seats. Despite my efforts to contact Jeep Canada's CEO, Jeff Hines, he ignored my calls and emails. When I sent a legal letter, he responded only after I shared my story publicly and then behind the scenes had his legal team ask me to be "quiet". Now, I urge Stellantis prioritize my family's safety by providing a vehicle that is safe and reliable—the qualities I expected with a Jeep. Instead, they spent resources on legal fees and rental cars. For six days after the last breakdown, I've been without any vehicle, bullied into a 12th repair attempt. Why should the 12th time work when the last 11 failed? And even if it does why do I deserve to drive a faulty vehicle that I paid over 100K for? prioritize consumer safety, recognize this mistreatment, and rectify it. I deserve a full refund or a safe, reliable replacement vehicle, reflecting the values they claim to uphold.
