J.D. Power has spoken! Their 2024 Quality Study is out and revealing some interesting trends. 🤔 Swipe through for the full rankings, but here’s one of the biggest takeaways: EVs are having a bit of a meltdown with 266 problems per 100 vehicles (PP100), compared to 180 PP100 for traditional cars. The prime suspects? All those fancy new tech features acting up. As cars get smarter, so do our headaches, so for those in the dealership trenches, it’s all about: ⭐ Addressing tech issues head-on. ⭐ Staying knowledgeable in order to best advise your customers. ⭐ And, boosting service and support for when problems arise. What’s your take? Do you think they nailed these rankings? How are you handling tech tribulations in your dealership? Spill the beans in the comments! 👇 . . .
