🌟Exciting Insights from Today's Luncheon Today's luncheon with Dr. Brian Kaskie was truly eye-opening, exploring into the crucial topic of fostering an age-friendly workplace and understanding the unique needs of experienced workers. We discussed the significance of identifying organizational facilitators and barriers to adopting new age-inclusive policies. By understanding these factors, we can better navigate the path towards creating environments where experienced employees feel valued and supported. Additionally, we delved into the role of public policies in aiding employers' efforts to become age-friendly. It's essential to leverage both internal strategies and external resources to ensure that our workplaces are truly inclusive across all age groups.
