Storytelling coach& trainer, helping companies to grow&develop and solve challenges- reach out to find out details
Is age JUST a number? Throughout this summer I’ve had insightful conversations around this topic. But even earlier I did start to get intrigued how stigmatized the age (once reaching a certain point) is. What should and could companies do and how to make sure that the skillset is what counts? Not the number? Already next Tuesday we will have a discussion around this topic with great ladies joining me on the stage. Airi Neemre @Merite Liidemaa-Pärn and @Piret Jõhvik all have different view point to the topic and all are excited to share it. When and where? 26th of Sept at 12.15 at Viru Conference Center. Tallinn’s City Entrepreneurship Day event. Silver Strategies project will be introduced which is co-funded by Interreg Central Baltic Programme. Share your opinion and be part of the discussion. Our Batch #10 teams will reach the halfway point of our incubation program next week on Thursday - Time for their Market Day! 🚀 In the last 5 weeks, the teams had to get to the bottom of the problem they want to solve with their business idea, analyze the market they want to address, understand their competitors, and define their value proposition. For their halftime presentation, each team will have 3 minutes to make their pitch and another 7 minutes to answer questions from the panel of judges, who are experts in the entrepreneurial ecosystem: Jan Thomas Alter (TGFS Technologiegründerfonds Sachsen), Daniel Zinner (People Mobility Alliance & Zinner Global Mobility GmbH and Dr. Maurice Steinhoff (HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management). Before the teams’ pitches, Malek Shbeih (Future Job Institute) will share insights into his entrepreneurial journey. Stay tuned for the Market Day on May 16th, because we will provide you with exciting insights! #hhldigitalspace #hhl #hhlspirit #incubation #businessplanseminar

What a blast to be helping connect two icons of the region's innovation ecosystem in one of those win-wins you cherish. The YBMA has been a standout for inspiring young minds (as well as some of the older ones in the audience!) to be the change they want to see in the world. Meanwhile the Hunter Innovation Festival knows that to create meaningful change we need a connection to our communities and a pathway that inspires emerging minds. And it's not just lip service - we mean action! We all know what it's like after the buzz of an innovation event to return to regular programming. So we're talking meaningful engagement: invitations to follow-up events, introductions to potential collaborators, and mentorship from those a few steps ahead.
DRUM ROLL PLEASE! 🥁🥁 We are terribly excited to announce that we are collaborating with Hunter iF and the Hunter Innovation Festival for this year's awards. Hunter IF are keen to engage with the young people of our region, encouraging and rewarding the development of innovation and entrepreneurship skills. Exactly what this means for our participants, their schools and teachers we'll be sharing over the next couple of weeks. Stay tuned!! 👀 And don't forget - registrations are now open until May 31st and entries are not due in until Sept 3.

Co-Founder @ Kua Zone | Developing next generation innovators & entrepreneurs | Founder @ Tymax - a leading Agribusiness Consulting Firm - agribusiness research, markets and enterprises development.
Celebrating a Global Milestone. As the calendar turns to February, I'm filled with gratitude reflecting on the incredible journey of January 2024. Amid numerous achievements, there's one highlight that fills my heart with unparalleled joy – Kua Zone's milestone of welcoming our very first Canadian customer and successfully launching our inaugural class. It's a profound affirmation of our global mission - to unite the young minds of our world in a shared journey of learning, co-creation and entrepreneurship. Our vision is ambitious and clear: to create a future where children from every continent, from the bustling cities of North America to the vibrant landscapes of Africa and beyond, come together to forge a world that is not only better for us, but for generations to come. The impact of this cross-border, cross-cultural learning and co-creation cannot be overstated. It's about molding the global entrepreneurs and citizens of tomorrow, individuals who are not just knowledgeable, but empathetic, innovative, and driven to make a tangible difference. I extend an open invitation to like-minded individuals, organizations, and communities across the globe: join us in this noble endeavor. Together, let's lay the foundation for a future where every child can flourish, not just as global citizens but as pioneers who will redefine the contours of entrepreneurship and global citizenship.
