🔍 Recent research resonates strongly with the findings of "Working Well: Delivering Better Outcomes for Hidden Workers" by L&G. The study brings to light the challenges faced by many in the FM sector – from our diligent cleaners to our dedicated maintenance and security personnel. Despite their integral roles in keeping our facilities running smoothly, many grapple with low wages and challenging working hours. As leaders and stakeholders in the #FacilityManagement industry, we must ask ourselves: What more can we do to support these often-overlooked heroes of our sector? 🔹 Could we advocate for fairer wage structures or additional benefits? 🔹 How might we restructure shifts to offer more sociable hours or provide additional training for career advancement? 🔹 Are there mental and emotional support structures we could put in place? The FM sector thrives on the collective effort of every individual. Let's ensure all our team members, regardless of their role, feel valued, supported, and heard. #FMIndustry #SupportingOurStaff #FairWages #WorkplaceWellness

We see ourselves as a socially responsible company, where the well-being of our employees is the key to a safe and productive working day. For the first time we have completed a very large survey amongst our employees, and for HR Manager Sanni Honoré Johansen both the survey and the following work have huge potential. “First of all, we are very proud to have obtained an eNPS in the ‘Very good’ category. Our score is 21, well above our benchmark. The eNPS gives an indication of how willing your employees are to recommend and talk positively about their workplace to others. But one thing is the actual score. To me it is much more important that the survey has had a very high level of participation and has given us so many inputs and insights. This means that we can start working on the areas that need improvement – both on a large scale and in the departments. The system gives us the opportunity to perform pulse surveys after a given period to see how we improve. Furthermore, it is possible to communicate anonymously with our employees within the system, enabling us to work on an individual level as well. We are very much looking forward to unfolding the potential of the survey”, explains Sanni H. Johansen. #JointheDELPROteam #Employeesatisfaction #eNPS #HR #Workplace
