Scribenote has now passed 100,000 medical records made! I thought it would be fun to do some quick math around that. - Veterinarians save at least 5-10 minutes per record using Scribenote. - That’s 500K-1M minutes saved. - That’s 1-2 whole years of veterinarian time saved so far. When we launched our first version of Scribenote in 2021, it took a whole two months before 100 notes were made. Said differently, almost nobody was using Scribenote. Despite this, I remember celebrating the monumental victory with Alina Pavel because we had built something that at least a few people really cared about. Two years later, Scribenote now automatically produces thousands of notes for veterinarians every single day. Within the next year, we’ll certainly add at least a million more records - maybe a few million - to this count (check us out if you want to add a few records to that count 😎). Persistence is all that matters. If you want persistence, find the love first. We 💜 Scribenote.
Celebrating our milestone of over 100,000 auto-notes made! This is thanks to our Scribenote community, we appreciate each and every one of you. 🥂

I've changed core BELIEFS around monetizing my professional skillset by consuming her free content: ☆ Podcast ☆ Emails ☆ Digital Products Invaluable insights delivered through artfully using simple effective messaging. Reading books 📖 has been a past pleasure, that "went away" when I had my 1st child. Matrescence was a challenging experience to say the least. So I've literally learnt skills to build my own business so far via: ☆ social media content ☆ auditory learning via podcasts ☆ online courses coaching Geraldine is a coach I have on my list to work with. So I am stoked I have her book to start with as I work towards that goal ✨️ #createyourdreams #nichebooks #cpapng #accountingprofessionals

Feeling the love today 💖 So thankful to be a part of such a supportive team that encourages me to be the best version of myself. When I first accepted this job as a Staffing Recruiter, I wasn't sure what to expect. Throughout my career as an internal recruiter I was told the grind wouldn't be for me, or I wouldn't like the fast pace because I wouldn't have an opportunity to connect with my candidates. Fast forward one year and I can honestly say, I'm the best Recruiter I've ever been. I use tools and sourcing methods that internal recruiting peers only talked about, but never put into practice. My candidates appreciate the time I take to understand their skill sets, explain the job, and pipeline them for future roles. And I just LOVE working across multiple industries! It also doesn't hurt that everchanging priorities (sometimes by the hour), compliments my ADHD and short attention span. *Oooo something new and shiny!!!* This goes to show you that just because someone thinks something is undesirable for THEM and makes a quick judgement about YOU, doesn't mean they are right or that you will feel the same way. Sometimes, you gotta see for yourself. I'm so happy I did. Cheers to One Year 🥂 Did you know we're hiring?? Join my team as a Staffing Manager or Recruiter and let's reach new heights TOGETHER! #appreciation #anniversary #werehiring Jan A. Davis 〰 Edwin Soriano 〰 Diane Catalan 〰 Luis Mendoza
We are so grateful to have you as a part of the SuperbTech, Team!!! Kudos to Kamber Lee on your 1st Anniversary!!! Well done!!!!

Need some motivation to kick start your career ? ....this inspirational post from Sophie is a good starting point! The reality is, it's not easy to find your dream job.... and it rarely comes through luck. So, a simple question - do you have a career strategy? It sounds simple, but it is all about being realistic about your capabilities (self awareness), being able to articulate what your ideal role "looks like" and then preparing yourself for it - as the old saying goes, "if you don't know where you are going, you will never get there". The final part of the process is aligning yourself with an organisation who you can "connect" with - their values, behaviours and objectives resonate positively with you - this is what Sophie referred to as "culture", others call it "fit". At ngageconsulting, we have developed a career enhancing process which takes you through everything described above...and much more. We call it the Career Accelerator Program (CAP). Like Sophie's positive experience with Agrii, the CAP will help you clarify what your future could look like and it will challenge, stimulate and, ultimately, prepare you for your next career move .....that might be your first step into management or striving for CEO. The CAP is there for all! So Please DM me or my colleague, Bo Bronserud, to find out more about the CAP. Alternatively, we are more than happy to simply have an informal and confidential chat and please remember....it's good to dream!
Today marks my two-year anniversary at Agrii! 🎊🥳 Agrii is an exceptional company to work for. The value placed on staff is unparalleled, and the organisational culture is the best I have ever experienced. I have grown and been challenged in a truly constructive manner, and I look forward to many more years here. Thank you to all my colleagues for making Agrii such a wonderful place to work.

Let's talk transparency. In leadership and organizations. Amidst a sea of organizations boasting massive budgets, claiming to combat trafficking, aid victims, support Veterans, and "rescue" women and children, there's a glaring gap between their flashy campaigns and the gritty reality. Amidst galas, celebrity endorsements, and hefty salaries, what's often missing is a genuine showcase of impactful action. So - someone show me a video like this. Someone show me what they are actually doing. Someone show me their founders and "staff" working for days to cook for and plan and feed 100s of people. Multiple times. Someone show me their unpaid team going full in on making sure families, survivors, children and veterans have a Christmas. Someone show me the behind the scenes where tens of thousands of their own personal money and 60 hours a week per person are spent solving the problem they purport to care about. Someone show me them driving around in the middle of the night looking for families and women they know need help. Someone show me their top notch team who does NOTHING for a paycheck and dedicated every penny raised to their mission. Someone show how they provide solutions and immediate intervention within hours of a situation. AND Someone show me all of that- with zero paycheck. Can you? Well- I can! Meet our CEO and founders, Ben & Jessica This resonates because true transparency is not just about words—it's about revealing the relentless commitment behind the scenes. It's about showcasing a team working tirelessly, sacrificing personal resources, driving miles at odd hours, and genuinely living the mission. In a world where transparency can be uncomfortable, our CEO and co-founder defy the norm. He isn't just a leader; he's a beacon of transparency. From managing crises with an open-door policy for everyone—from the founder down to the clients—to logging thousands of miles and hours without a paycheck, he embodies what true transparency in leadership means. Why does everyone turn to him for help? Because he doesn't just speak transparency; he lives it. Our leaders don't just talk about it; they showcases it in every mile, every hour, and every action devoted to our mission. In a world full of claims, we present a leader who doesn't just talk transparency; he embodies it every day. We Fight Monsters is as transparent as they come. Do you work for an organization ? How does your team show transparency? Have you donated to an organization that you feel is transparent? I'd love to hear what you guys think! Demand transparency. Celebrate transparency. Be vulnerable and transparent and open with your team. Don't be afraid to be authentic and honest with them. Have an open door policy. Let them see you struggle. Support them when they are struggling. Dedicate your life to the mission you care about- and not for a paycheck, but because you care so much about it that you are physically incapable of ignoring the problem.
THANK Y’ALL!!!!
