In March and April 2023, we conducted a study involving 2,500 employees and managers across France, the UK, Italy, Germany, and Sweden, delving into their current work experiences and future aspirations. 🎯 Purpose is in the spotlight, but its prevalence varies by region. Sweden, the UK, and Germany lead with over 70% agreement that their companies have a clearly defined Purpose, while in Italy, the figure stands at 45%. This echoes in employees' pride in their work, with Sweden and the UK leading in satisfaction rates.
