Did you know that an increasing number of children in the U.S. are being diagnosed with a developmental disability? According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, nearly 9% were diagnosed in 2021, a 15% jump since 2019. March is Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month, a time to educate others about the needs and potential of people with disabilities.
