In the third sector, charities and nonprofits have long sought to distance themselves from commercial brands. With the rise of concepts like 'purpose-led' brands, more traditional third sector organisations are having to work harder to be seen, uplifted, and crucially, funded. Let’s not let nonprofits fall through the cracks. If the best copywriters, photographers, videographers, developers, and designers partner with nonprofits, imagine the good we could do in the world. Arts organizations could sell out tickets to their shows. Service providers would be more successful in pulling people out of poverty. Mental health organizations could break down stigma, making it easier for people to get help. This is why I chose to use my design skills to support nonprofits. Because it means my skills translate into real community impact. Good design (and by extension, good marketing) makes causes more visible, communicates their needs more clearly, and emotionally connects with donors to help them understand how to become part of the solution. By extension, this means: ⭐ Clients find the services they need more easily ⭐ Volunteers know how they can support you ⭐ Donors make multi-year pledges and larger gifts ⭐ Board and Staff become invested in promoting your values and mission with their own personal networks ⭐ Leveling the playing field between for-profit and non-profit Are you looking for a design partner for your organization?
