💝 The 16 Days of Activism of No Violence Against Women and Children, running from November 25th to December 10th, provides a critical platform for raising awareness and promoting actions against all forms of gender-based violence. This global campaign reminds us that creating safe and inclusive workplaces is everyone's responsibility. 🌍 Employee Wellness Programs can act as a catalyst for change by offering confidential and professional support to employees facing any form of violence or harassment. By providing a safe space to share their experiences, employees feel empowered to speak up and take a stand against injustice. 🤝 Employee Wellness Programs can offer counseling, therapy, and resources to address the physical, emotional, and psychological impacts of gender-based violence. Furthermore, they can provide guidance on how to report incidents, navigate legal processes, and access community support networks. 👥 Employers, should actively promote Employee Wellness Programs during the 16 Days of Activism, reminding their workforce that they are not alone, and that help is available. 💡 Let HealthImpact assist you to ensure that your workplace is a safe space for all employees, where their voices are heard and respected. Together, we can create a world free from gender-based violence. #16DaysofActivism #BreakTheSilence #SpeakOutChangeLives #HR #SHEQ
