You will work twice as hard for a suboptimal rollout if you don't address the people side of change first. I get it... Technology is straightforward. People are nuanced and... well... hard. But avoiding a challenge doesn't make it go away. If anything it makes it worse. Here are my three "bare bones" change management tips to get you headed in the right direction: 🧍🏻🧍🏼♀️🧍🏽♂️People First: Your team is the heart and soul of your organization. Make sure you understand their view on your solution and other potential options, what functionality they need, and where their current skill sets lie. Encourage innovation, open communication, and a learning environment. Help them build digital literacy and make sure that they have a strong why to motivate them to support a change. 🔄 Process Optimization: Streamlining workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and promoting efficiency are essential while you implement new technology. ✨Magic starts to happen when you couple a good process with top-notch functionality. ✨ 👩🏻💻 Technology as an ENABLER: Once your people are empowered and processes are optimized, it's time to Choose the right tools. 📦 If you want more of me on my soap box, stick around and give me a follow!

Think new technology alone will solve your problems? Think again. One common misconception is that simply implementing new technology will magically resolve all issues.
