Instacart has been charging me for a double membership for the past year, that I had no clue about, as it all comes to my one email address and i only log onto the app to use the service. I called and they would not provide me with a refund. The agent actually would not let me talk to a supervisor and hung up on me. I would love my $148.85 refunded, however they have refused to provide me with anything. Is there anyone that can help? I have already devoted an hour of my day to this. #instacartcustomerservice

I wonder if I have to reach out to the Board of Directors about the horrible customer service of this company. I have been chatting back and forth for 10 DAYS trying to receive a refund for my mis delivered order. This company has horrible outsourced customer service that does not help customers at all. As a Customer Care Manager im APALLED at the apathy they exude at Instacart

I have the solution for the problems that are affecting delivery drivers so much and are causing them problems with the government, just write to me and we will give you an appointment. I hope you have a software engineer at your side.

Pretty horrible company. Better off staying away. Last thing we need is another loud mouthed chatty yenta on the board.
