Executive Assistant to Chairman
We are looking for "Executive Assistant to Chairman" in Bahgat Group with the responsibilities below: Location: 6th of October, Giza. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external contacts on all matters pertaining to Chairman. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the Board of Directors and Senior Leadership team; organizes and coordinates external relations efforts; and oversees special projects. Responsibilities: ● Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Chairman including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, and compiling documents for travel-related meetings. ● Communicates directly, and on behalf of the Chairman, with Board members, team members, and others on a variety of matters. ● Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Chairman, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response. ● Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the Chairman’s office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff. ● Works closely and effectively with the Chairman to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. ● Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the Chairman’s ability to effectively lead the Group. ● Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures. ● Assists the Chairman with responsibilities outside of the company, including but not limited to; external Board activity, external Committee involvement, etc. Specifications: ● Strong work tenure: 7 to 10 years of experience supporting C-Level Executives. ● Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail. ● Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders. ● Expert level written and verbal communication skills. ● Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability. ● Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point). ● Fluency in English is a MUST. One of the most underrated jobs is being a personal assistant to a CEO or a Founder. Small business owners need help. A LOT of it. They need a highly skilled individual to be by their side helping with day to day tasks, I believe the related terms are Virtual/Executive Assistant. I used to be one for a couple of businessmen in Dubai and Jeddah, KSA. Learned a TON about business and investment. My dream is to have an online school teaching women in the middle east to be great virtual assistants, so they can have the financial freedom they're looking for, and for more businessmen and businesswomen to find highly skilled VAs.

What exactly is the difference between an Administrative Assistant and an Executive Assistant? If I collected a dollar each time I have had to explain, I should own a yatch now (of course I'm exaggerating) But wait, what really is the difference? Many people/organizations use these titles interchangeably, but each role has its own unique responsibilities and requirements. The job descriptions I have seen ehnnn, that's a story for another day. In my experience, Executive Assistants (EAs) are strategic partners to senior leaders, handling complex tasks and confidential matters (related to the company biko). They're often the right-hand person, anticipating needs and making informed decisions. Over time, many EAs have progressed and are still progressing to Chief of Staff, C-suite, Director positions 💪 Administrative Assistants, on the other hand, focus on managing day-to-day operations, coordinating tasks, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
