How important really are brand values and purpose? 🚨🧐 The short answer is that they are more important now than ever! 🎉 Jam was looking through the most recent Retail World Magazine issue and found many interesting articles but the one that stood out to us was that "Today, consumers don’t just buy products, they also buy into a brand’s purpose.” After reading through the article we found there was even a study done about brands' purpose and values and that "62 per cent of surveyed consumers want companies to take a stand on current and broadly relevant issues...
