Government needs to encourage building food processing units in rural areas to avoid wastage. Feel great!! Proud to be part of National Dairy Services as Practice Head for Quality & product development. Gave opportunity to be part of Milk Producer company projects in AP, UP, Rajasthan, Punjab and Gujrat. Working to establish Quality systems at Milk collection centers having interface with appoimately 2.5 Lakh Milk producers was a thrilling experience. A unique format where in digitalization of quality data and fortnightly payment to producers was a great success. Kudos to team NDDB Dairy Services and my colleages.

I am more interested in the quality of milk .These days produced milk in India is poisonous. Large scale production of milk fine but adding preservative in milk and pesticides in feed have made milk too cancerous.
