I will all always go for the soft skills which you listed but a few. My reason is because, AI has been trained to emulate majority of the hard skills. This might lead to machine controlling human instead of the other way round. In essence, soft skills have a unique value in the face of increasing automation and AI. While hard skills can often be imitated by machines, soft skills like emotional intelligence, communication, creativity, and adaptability remain uniquely human and are crucial for effective collaboration, leadership, and innovation. Another reason I choose soft skills is that in most cases it cannot be bought but resurfaces from within, as it always make the exceptional ones stand out from the crowd. I believe that investing in developing these skills can definitely set us apart in a world where technology continues to advance.
