I was wondering when PIP-seq become more accessible (so anyone can try it). This news sounds exciting. Considering the rise of RNA therapeutics and the importance of non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs), I hope there will be future investments in expanding the focus on various RNA biotypes in a high throughput manner. For example, easy-to-apply total RNA seq/RNA modifications workflows might be an option.
