Another edition of ILA's flagship course 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗟𝘂𝘅𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗴 took place at the INNSiDE by Meliá Luxembourg last week. It has been an intense 3 days of face-to-face sessions during which the participants dived into the practical aspects of being a #Director in Luxembourg, from dealing with #legal, #accounting and #tax issues, to embedding #sustainability and #integrity in their strategy, to practicing the essential #softskills needed in the Boardroom. The ILA Certification course "The Essentials Luxembourg" was held this week from 10 to 12 January 2024 at the INNSiDE by Meliá Luxembourg. Over 3 days, our 23 experienced participants have dived into the practical world of being a Director in Luxembourg. The programme of the course was delivered over 11 interactive modules which are run by local practitioners and experts. One key instrument for strategic management and consulting is business benchmarking. Official financial reports in Croatia lack the ability to provide operational statistics and details of operational efficiency, as we in the hospitality industry need them, but they still offer very interesting data that we could use in projections and valuations. Cuatrecasas has advised Meliá Hotels International (Meliá) on the incorporation of a Euro Commercial Paper (ECP) program on Euronext Dublin, for a maximum outstanding balance of 300 million euros. The securities incorporation document was registered on June 4, 2024.
