🧬🌱 Are you working on plant synthetic biology this year? Join the Plant Synbio Meetup, hosted by iGEM’s Plant Synthetic Biology Committee!
📆 Saturday July 20th at 08:00 UTC
📍 Online (Zoom)
Register now! ➡️ https://lnkd.in/e5WWHgAx
📖 Description:
Plant synthetic biology is a major challenge within the scope of a yearly competition - most of all, because plants take a long time to grow. Even so, iGEM teams have been working with plant chassis since 2010. Teams have created new collections and toolkits, introduced or advanced plant chassis development, or tackled specific local or global problems with plants.
This meetup will be a space for iGEM Teams, alumni, academia and stakeholders united by vegetal genetic engineering to gather, share, and learn from each other’s experiences.
