Small steps, but great to see that Neste MY Renewable Diesel has supported Cleanaway Waste Management avoid the emission of 37t CO2, so far (compared to fossil diesel) in two Cleanaway heavy vehicles. #Lowcarbonliquidfuel policies proposed by the Australian Government in the 2024 budget could result in much more #GHG emission reductions with the use of #renewable fuels.

Today's #TravelTuesday sees Energy Global jetting off to the USA.   Today we travel to the US.   Here, Cincinnati-based Synthica Energy, LLC, St. Bernard, has developed a renewable energy solution that will take more than 500 t of food waste every day and turn it into enough energy to power thousands of homes while removing thousands of tonnes of carbon dioxide and methane from the atmosphere.   The facility will be using an anaerobic digester to sustainably dispose of waste and create a renewable natural gas energy source.
