1-Brake system 🧑🔧 The braking system in a car uses brake pads or shoes that press against rotating discs or drums to slow down or stop the vehicle. A master cylinder converts the driver's pedal pressure into hydraulic pressure, which is then transmitted through the brake lines to the individual wheel calipers or brake cylinders. The hydraulic pressure forces the brake pads or shoes to clamp down on the discs or drums, creating friction that slows the wheels. The braking system is designed to provide reliable and efficient braking performance to ensure safety on the road.

ABS why is so important? A truck without ABS will have several issues if needs to use the brake in an emergency or when adverse conditions apply. The truck will pass different situations like when the driver pulls the brake for a long time will provoke the tires will block making them stop rolling before the vehicle stops. When a vehicle starts skidding the driver will lose control on the road. The best way to keep control during the emergency brake period without ABS is to pull the brake hard and then slow, then again hard and again slow, several times until the truck completely stops. Applying this way, you will avoid the skidding or jackknifing position, which makes you lose control and provoke an accident. When the brakes are applied, the ABS senses when a wheel is about to lock and then releases just enough brake force to get the wheel rolling again while still maintaining as much braking force on the wheel as possible. It may repeat this sequence several times a second and it may control each wheel differently.

Does a TPMS replace regular tire pressure checks? While a TPMS is designed to alert you to critical issues with your tire pressure that could lead to tire damage, vehicle control issues, accidents, or premature tire wear, regular air pressure checks are still necessary. Even if the TPMS light does not illuminate, your tires could still be moderately overinflated or underinflated. Moderate deviations in tire pressure can adversely affect tire durability, impact fuel efficiency and tread life, and compromise your vehicle's braking, cornering, and handling capabilities. Thus, conducting regular tire pressure checks remains important for maintaining optimal tire performance and vehicle safety. #TPMSDevice #TPMSSensorTool #TPMSTool #CodeReader #BatteryAnalyzer #AutomotiveDiagonostic #CodeReaders #ProfessionalScanners #DiagnosticPlatforms https://lnkd.in/gWg385yz

How do you know if your automatic clutch is bad? The first thing you’ll notice when the Clutch goes bad is TRANSMISSION SLIPPING. You’ll be driving along and the engine RPMs will increase, but the vehicle speed will not. This is happening because the friction material on the clutch disc has worn away or become damaged, which is preventing them from gripping the plates. #fleetmanagement #trucks #logistics
