Vice President & Executive Director, CLO, workforce development strategist, adult learning and ed-tech specialist
Bachelor's degree completion programs are designed for people who have previously earned an associate degree or other credentials or could not complete college for various reasons. This remains a continually growing portion of our workforce who often find themselves unable to "move up" or obtain satisfying and well-compensated work. It is estimated to be between 300,000 and 400,000 new students annually. The national giant online schools have seen significant growth in completion programs. To be successful in this market, institutions need a comprehensive strategy that includes regionally aligned and career-relevant programs, competitive articulation agreements, effective positioning and targeting, and a seamless student experience. For over 100 years, Muhlenberg College School of Continuing Studies has served adults who return to school. Our Accelerated Degree Completion programs are designed for adult students interested in pursuing a bachelor's degree who prefer flexibility, affordability, and a known local institution with a brand that is recognized for quality and value. We also have long-standing relationships with regional community colleges, making it easy for students to transfer their prior coursework. https://lnkd.in/evMbNm6j
