I've said it before, but I really believe that in 2024, those experienced in AI deployment— I call them 'Stormers'—will significantly expand their AI usage within the early stages of service operations. These stages involve identifying customer needs and collecting relevant data. By employing AI at scale, Stormers will improve their inbound communication and service delivery efficiency. Meanwhile, 'Strivers' (those new to AI) will begin their journey by incorporating AI into decision-making processes, focusing on categorizing customer intent and analyzing sentiment. 🤔 Why doesn't “Move Fast and Break Things” Doesn’t Work for AI? AI projects often fail because organizations are tempted to abandon them when immediate success isn’t achieved.
